FAQs

  • Please click “apply” on our website to create a FREE artist profile with Entertainment Partners via the Casting portal. Make sure to select ’Two10’ when asked ‘how did you hear about us’ so we can find you easily.
If you already have a Casting portal profile please make sure your profile is up to date with as much information as possible. Check out our Profile Top Tips to give your profile a boost.

  • No we do not have our own book of artists - All roles are cast via the Entertainment Partners Casting portal. If you have a profile with Entertainment Partners it is accessible to Two 10 Casting.

  • No, you do NOT have to pay to create a profile via the Entertainment Partners Casting Portal. You are only charged commission/fees on days worked – There is no book fee/upfront payment

  • The amount you will be paid varies role to role as well as job to job. The rate of pay is included in every availability enquiry we send out. This is so you can have all the information you need before accepting. London based film jobs will be paid per PACT/FAA 2022 agreement. For information on this rate please see our Rates page.

  • If you have not heard from us in a while please do not worry - We have no control over the specific casting briefs we are given, so whilst we may not have a suitable role for you right now, the next cast we get you could be the perfect fit. In the mean time check out our Profile Top Tips to give your profile a boost.

  • Call details don’t often get issued until late afternoon or early evening. However, if you are worried please contact the agent in charge of your project or if you are not sure who that is email us assist@two10casting.com using the subject URGENT: Project name

  • You will have been sent an email by us asking you to sign your contract. In that email is a link that will take you straight to the contract. If that is not working you can also log into your profile and click on “My Contracts” in the Dashboard along the top. Select “My contract

  • It is really simple to change or update your photos on your Profile. Log in and scroll down to the photo drop down settings. In there you will be able to either drag your chosen photo into the upload section or you can select the file you wish to upload. Make sure you choose the appropriate slot for the photo to help agents like ourselves find you. Remember production need regular and accurate photos of what you look like so if your selfie is more than 4 weeks old, or you look has changed (ie new haircut) we recommend updating it.

  • Unfortunately we are an adults only agency. We only cast those aged 18+

  • For the majority of our projects phones and electronic devices with cameras will NOT be allowed on set. This is because of the high profile nature of our projects and production’s zero tolerance policy on photographs or videos being taken at location.

  • Whilst Entertainment Partners payroll runs weekly, when exactly you are paid depends on when Production approve daily earnings and invoices. Both Two 10 Casting and Entertainment partners push to get payments made as soon as possible though you should anticipate payments can take 6-8 weeks. If you have any queries regarding Payment please email Entertainment partners accounts on ukartistsupport@ep.com

  • As a general rule, you should always check in with the AD department on sign out to discuss your day total. This is a way of making sure your total includes any additional fees owed (such as a haircut). It is also a New clause in the PACT/FAA Agreement so it is your right to discuss this on wrap. Do not worry though, when this is not possible, following a work day you will be sent a ‘payment review’ - This will detail the hours worked, total earned and any specific upgrades that may have been added. If you are not happy with the totals you have 24 hours from receiving the review to respond and raise any issues. You can do this via your profile on the Entertainment Partners casting portal. Please try to keep on top of your payment reviews. Any queries raised following the review period may not be addressed by production.

  • Two 10 Casting and Entertainment partners are separate companies.
Two 10 Casting acts as an Employment Agency on behalf of the artists. We will contact you when we find jobs / roles we think are suitable for you.
Entertainment Partners operates an online casting portal - They manage the “Casting Portal” and the book of artistes used by Two 10 Casting.

  • Supporting artists are considered as self employed for Income Tax and National insurance purposes. Two 10 Casting is not your employer in any way - We act as an Employment Agency in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
