PACT Equity Supporting artists rate (Outside London)
Current Rates (1 Jan 2024 - 31 Dec 2024)
For all film productions working outside of a 40 miles radius of Charing Cross.
Standard Working Day
Working period shall be 10 consecutive hours, inclusive of an unpaid 1 hour meal break
If production works a continuous working day (with no official meal break) then artists will be paid 1 hour of overtime.
Where day calls commence after 0400am but before 0700am overtime will apply (per 30mins) for the time worked.
Night Calls
For working scheduled to extend beyond 1200 midnight or commence before 0400am.

PACT/ Equity Cinema

For Production Budgets £3m and over (+280% Use Fees)

Holiday Pay £18.05 per day applicable to all bookings
Overtime - 1/3 of negotiated daily Basic Performance subject to a maximum of £90 per hour. No use fees to be applied.
Fittings - 1/2 of negotiated daily Basic Performance to cover up to 5 hours work. Full Basic Performance Salary due where more than 4 hours worked -
Standard Working Day

Continuous Working Day
Working period shall be 8 consecutive hours usually between the hours of 0700am-1900. (no meal break but running buffet provided)
Night Calls
Working period shall be 10 consecutive hours, including 1 hour for lunch. Additional 50% of negotiated daily Basic performance salary. No use fees to be applied to the additional fee.

For all film productions in London and within 40 miles radius of Charing Cross.

Standard Day
A standard day consists of a 9 hour working period including a 1 hour meal break. Hours worked after 9 hours will incur overtime. Working day hours can be between 0700am - 2200. Hours worked before 0700am and after 2200 will incur night overtime rates.
Continuous Work rates
A continuous day is shorter, it consists of a 7 hour working period (without a meal break). Hours worked after 7 hours will incur overtime. The working day hours are still between 0700-2200 and hours worked before 0700am and after 2200 will incur night overtime rates.

Travel allowances will increase annually in line with TFL adjustments - See below current rates
